No — and that's our key advantage. We're an independent equipment sourcing partner. We don't carry inventory, which means we have no incentive to push you a unit that doesn't fit your needs. We source what's best for you from a network of 60+ verified global suppliers, dealers, auctions, and fleet operators.
We're headquartered in Dubai, UAE, but our supplier network spans North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We serve clients in over 40 countries across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Latin America.
Equipbridge has been operating in the equipment sourcing space for over a decade, with our team's combined experience exceeding 30 years across construction equipment, international trade, freight forwarding, and customs.
Our nine main categories are: Forklifts, Cranes, Excavators, Skid Steers / Bobcats, Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Telehandlers, Generators, and Road Construction Equipment (pavers, rollers, graders). If you need something outside these categories — agricultural, industrial, port equipment, attachments, spare parts — just ask. We can almost certainly help.
Both. We source brand-new units directly from manufacturer dealers when your budget and timeline allow. We also source quality pre-owned equipment from auctions, fleet liquidations, and trusted dealers when you want better value. We'll typically present you with options at multiple condition levels and price points.
All major brands: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, JCB, Liebherr, Kobelco, Hyundai, John Deere, Toyota, Crown, Hyster, Yale, Raymond, Bobcat, Manitou, JLG, Genie, Cummins, Perkins, and many more. If you have a specific brand preference, mention it in the quote form.
Yes. Every quote includes detailed photos and a supplier-provided inspection report. We can also arrange independent third-party inspections through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or local agents in the country of origin — typically for $200–$500 per unit. For high-value purchases, third-party inspection is highly recommended and we'll often suggest it.
Initial response within 24 hours. Detailed quote with photos, specs, and full landed pricing within 24–72 hours depending on equipment availability. Rare or specialized equipment may take longer — we'll always tell you upfront.
Standard terms are 50% advance to secure the equipment and lock in shipping, with the remaining 50% due before the bill of lading is released to you. We accept wire transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (LC) for larger orders. Repeat clients may qualify for extended terms.
Primarily US Dollars (USD), but we can also accept Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), and UAE Dirhams (AED). Other currencies handled case by case.
No. Every quote breaks down the equipment cost, our sourcing markup, freight, export documentation, and any optional services (inspection, special packaging). What you see is what you pay. Import duties and taxes at your destination are your responsibility — but we'll always tell you what to expect.
Yes. Volume orders (3+ units, or combined orders above $250K) typically qualify for better supplier pricing and reduced freight rates. Mention your volume in the quote form and we'll factor it in.
We handle export-side logistics — freight booking, export documentation, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any country-specific paperwork (SASO for Saudi Arabia, SONCAP for Nigeria, COC for Kenya, etc.). Import customs at your destination is typically handled by your local customs broker, but we coordinate paperwork and timing closely so there are no surprises.
Three main options depending on the equipment and destination:
1. Container shipping — for smaller equipment that fits in 20ft or 40ft containers (forklifts, generators, attachments).
2. Flat rack containers — for medium-sized equipment that needs a flat surface (small excavators, skid steers).
3. Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) — for large self-propelled equipment that can drive on/off the ship (large excavators, wheel loaders, cranes).
Depends on origin and destination ports. Typical transit times once the unit is loaded:
USA → Middle East: 4–6 weeks
USA → Africa: 5–7 weeks
Europe → Middle East: 2–3 weeks
Asia → Middle East: 3–4 weeks
Asia → Africa: 4–5 weeks
Add 2–4 weeks for pre-shipment processing (inspection, paperwork, port handling).
Standard documentation package: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin, and Insurance Certificate (if requested). Country-specific certifications (SASO, SONCAP, COC, etc.) added as required. All documents are sent via email PDF and original copies couriered to you.
For brand-new equipment, the manufacturer's standard warranty applies and we'll register it on your behalf. For used equipment, warranty terms vary by supplier — typically pre-owned units are sold "as inspected" but we ensure the inspection reports are detailed and accurate so you know exactly what you're buying.
Absolutely. Once you're a client, we can source OEM spare parts for any equipment we've supplied — or any equipment you own. We have established relationships with parts distributors for all major brands.
For clients in the UAE, yes — we can arrange certified operator training. For clients in other countries, we can recommend trusted training providers in your region or arrange remote training materials from the manufacturer.
